Not looking to renew with us but still receiving renewal correspondence? See below how you can let us know.
If you receive a renewal invitation but don’t wish to renew then you can tell us so through the dashboard. When you log in, on your policy page there will be a ‘renew’ or ‘don’t renew’ button.
Clicking ‘don’t renew’ will give you a drop down list of reasons and then once confirmed your policy will end at the expiry date and you will receive no further correspondence about renewing this policy.
