Help! My quote has referred, what do I do?

Can't progress with the payment for your quote straight away? See below for why this may be.

You might not be quoted a premium straight after completing our quote process.

This will simply mean that one of our underwriters needs to have a look at the information you have provided and may need to get some extra information from you.

We aim to deal with all referrals within 48 hours and can be reached on 0151 473 8000 between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30  (Mon-Fri) if the quote is urgent.
