I've changed my mind about needing cover, can I cancel?

Have you just taken cover out with us but for whatever reason have decided you no longer need insurance? See what your options are below.

If you have paid for your policy but have decided that the cover is not right for you, you may cancel the policy within our 14 day ‘cool-off’ period. We will return any premium you have paid minus a charge for the number of days you have been on cover.

Please note this ‘cool-off’ period only applies to new policies and not renewals.
