I can't answer some of the questions on the claim form, what should I do?

Our online claim form is a generic form designed to cover many different types of incidents.

Please provide as much information you can regarding the incident in the relative sections of the form. 

However, if you do not know the answers to the questions asked or they do not apply to the incident you are submitting a claim for, leave the question blank or answer with N/A (not applicable)
