My vessel has been damaged by someone else, what do I do?

Have you or your vessel been involved in an accident where someone else was to blame? See below for the necessary steps to take to make a claim.

To make a claim following an incident:
  • Obtain contact details from the person at fault and take photographs of the damage if possible.
  • If the other person has admitted fault you can liaise directly with them/their insurer to avoid making a claim on your own policy, we would advise that you submit repair estimate(s) and photograph(s) of your damage to enable them to consider the matter further or;
  • You can complete our online claim form attaching third party contact details along with estimate(s) for your repairs and photograph(s) of the damage.
    A member of our claims team will then be in touch.
