Can I cancel my policy before the inception date?

Paid for a policy but the cover hasn't started yet and you have now changed your mind. Don't worry, see below on what you can do.

If your policy has been paid for but cover is not yet in effect due to a delayed inception date, you may cancel for a full refund, although we must be notified of your intentions prior to the inception of the policy.
